Quest Driving Safety provides driving evaluations for fleet operators of all sizes.  We will customize our services to meet your needs.  Our nationwide footprint enables us to service clients from a one vehicle fleet to large nationwide corporate accounts.

Our evaluations are conducted by experienced law enforcement professionals who surreptitiously follow your driver and evaluate their skills on the road.  This enables Quest Driving Safety to obtain real world accurate information how your driver is operating a motor vehicle.

Fleet operators are held responsible for the actions of their drivers in the event of a car crash.  Fleet operators need accurate, real world information regarding their driver’s skills and habits.

Once a Quest Driving evaluation has been conducted on your driver you will have detailed information which will enable you to coach your driver or take other necessary steps to improve their driving safety.

AN EXAMPLE OF QUEST IN ACTION

John Sharp is the owner of Sharp Furniture & Electronics.  Mr. Sharp has a fleet of 50 trucks his employees use in the greater Chicago area.  Mr. Sharp is concerned with the amount of vehicle collisions his drivers have been involved in during fiscal year 2011.

To address the issue he applies “How am I driving?” bumper sticker on each truck in his fleet and provides a four hour driver safety class to each employee.  Mr. Sharp continues to track the collision rate and realizes his drivers are on pace to match the 2011 collision total.

Mr. Sharp contacts Quest Driving Safety and explains his frustration with the collision rate even after conducting a driver safety class.  During the conversation Mr. Sharp is reminded he spends a great deal of resources with secret shopper and loss prevention systems to insure his employees are treating customers right and not stealing from him, but he has no resource to monitor the activity of his delivery drivers.  Mr. Sharp is told misconduct from an in store employee can result in the loss of a customer or a minor theft.  Misconduct on the roadways by one of his delivery drivers can result in serious injury, death and a very large lawsuit.

Mr. Sharp enters into an agreement with Quest Driving Safety to have 20 random evaluations per month done on his fleet drivers.

Mr. Sharp advises the drivers of the new program and describes it as a secret shopper for his on the road employees.  Mr. Sharp tells his drivers just like his in store secret shopper program.  Employees with good evaluations will receive a bonus and employees with poor evaluations will receive additional training and/or discipline.

Three months after the Quest Driving Safety Program is rolled out collisions are down 55%.
